My name is Caitlyn and I have been with the company for five and a half years. I started with PVS as an admin. It is my first office job, and I could not have asked for a better company to start a career with PVS has been like a second family to me. Everyone is so nice and willing to help whenever needed.
I am the team lead of the admin department. We may be the smallest team in the company, but I would say we are the mightiest! A glimpse into our everyday tasks: receiving and sorting mail, scanning and linking documents, filing and mailing out returns, and making sure the outgoing mail gets the correct postage and to the post office on time. Other tasks the admin team is responsible for are putting away supply orders and ensuring the phone is answered.
Recently, I received a promotion and I now wear two hats at PVS. Not only am I the team lead of the admin department, but I am also the Office Manager. My new responsibilities include making sure the office repairs are done, helping HR in any way possible, and ensuring the office doesn’t run out of needed equipment like computers, keyboards and headsets. I am also learning about other much-needed tasks related to payables, receivables and collections.
When I graduated from high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I decided to go to college to get a degree in business, accounting and IT. With these three degrees, I felt I could go just about anywhere. I am happy to say I have found my place at PVS and plan to continue to grow with the company!
My name is Sydnee Starks, and I am the team lead for the hospital personal property accounts here at PVS. This month, I am celebrating my third year at PVS. During my first two years here, I was a business personal property tax consultant who oversaw over 500 accounts. I am now transitioning into a new role as the hospital team lead.
